We have been giving these chews to our 50lb terrier/lab mix who we recently adopted. She is a senior and getting a little stiff in the joints. She loves the taste and they seem to be helping to keep her active.

How many calories (kcal) per teaspoon? I’m trying to determine whether it’s safe for my dog with kidney disease, so I need to know how much phosphorus there is per 100 kcal. Thanks!
Hi Carolyn,
There are approximately 43 calories per teaspoon of the Hemp Seed Oil.
Wondering if I can put this in a different container for easier portioning? Want to make sure it won’t cause some weird reaction with other container materials. Thank you!
Hi Alicia,
You can definitely put it in another container. Just be sure the lid has a tight seal to keep the oil fresh!
