I bought some of these for my cat and he didn’t like them. Am I able to give them to my 3-month-old puppy?

Love your products! Since the vet has put my cat on a strict diet I need to know many kcal are in a Quiet Moments chew? I’m estimating 6 kcal since that is what is in the Enzymes chew but would really like the know exact kcal.
Thank-you
NaturVet –
Hello. Thank you for your product question. There are approximately 10-12 calories in each chew.

My 10 month old boy cat, Bus, has become a night terror. No amount of play or diet change or schedule adjustments seem to help. The night before this, he knocked over a lamp beside my bed bed that gashed my forehead. After months of interrupted sleep, nighttime timeouts and chasing him out of my room and plugging my ears to the sound of his door pounding— I had to do something. I just pulled tjsss out from my bedside table after a recommendation from my local Chowhound store. He gobbled two treats right up and pawed for more. Nope, two should do the trick. Already I see him mellowing our and slowing down where previously he’d just be getting started. He’s curled at my feet now, grooming and purring. I’m so so hopeful!!!!! Thank you!
NaturVet –
Hi Sara. We are so happy the product is helping Bus slow down and helping you get a good night’s sleep. If you email naturvet@naturvet.com we will send you an August Mail In Rebate Coupon to use with your next NaturVet product purchase.

Hi. I bought 2 canisters of your calmimg product from Petco …through instacart. The shopper replaced the cat version of this product with the dog version …assuring me that they were both the same as far as dosage and ingredients are concerned. I’ve seen this before in dog and cat products before so I didn’t think this was unusual …so I agreed to the purchase. Long story short …that would false. Question: is it safe to give my cat your dog calming treats? If so …what would be a recommended, by weight, dose? A very anxious, grieving, cat and a very tired owner looks forward to your reply. Thank you.
NaturVet –
Hi Chris. I believe you also emailed us at naturvet@naturvet.com and I offered to replace your product. However, I have not received a response from you.
Cassy –
At first my cat Pandora would not touch it. I had to break up the chews into pieces and she gobbled them right up. She has a UTI at the moment and can’t sleep at night due to her discomfort. I’m hoping these chews will help her with the pain as well as let her sleep.
NaturVet (store manager) –
Hi Cassy. Glad you were able to crumble it up, so your girl could relax. Keep us posted on how these work for her! We also have an amazing product called Cranberry Relief that helps to maintain a healthy urinary tract for your cat if she has frequent UTI’s. Here is the link to the product https://naturvet.com/product/cranberry-relief-cat-soft-chews-2/.
Yaiza –
Mine came in with the seal broken :/ it’s clearly been used. I’m too scared to give on to my cat.
NaturVet (store manager) –
Hi Yaiza,
We absolutely agree, do not use this product. We’d recommend returning it to the store you bought it from and exchange it for a container of Quiet Moments that has the seal in tact! If you have any trouble returning it, you can contact us at naturvet@naturvet.com or call us at (888)-628-8783 for further assistance!
Randi –
My 11 year old cat won’t touch these. One of our 1 year old kittens is going through her heat cycle and these help her so much. Thank you!
NaturVet (store manager) –
Hi Randy! We’re glad the Quiet Moments Soft Chews helped your 1 year old! We know that while most pets enjoy the taste of our products, some do not which is why we also make our Quiet Moments in a liquid drop form as well as a calming room spray for cats. Here is more information on these products!

Jenifer Carter –
I gave just one to my semi-feral 8 month kitten as a trial run before trying to get him into a carrier for his next trip to the vet. I had to crumble and mix it with his wet food. Just one made him a little calmer… a little less easily startled. Unfortunately, it gave him diarrhea, so giving him two would definitely be out of the question. One probably isn’t effective enough to get him into a crate. It was worth a shot anyway.
NaturVet (store manager) –
Hi Jenifer,
We’re sorry to hear the Quiet Moments gave your cat diarrhea and we’d like to discuss that more with you! If you can call our customer service line at 888-628-8783 and ask for Ildy, we can discuss more! We would also recommend our Quiet Moments Room Spray in the crate for your cat to help him with his anxiety without having to take another supplement! You can ask Ildy about that as well!
