ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS MUST SEEK THEIR REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE FROM THE RETAILER WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED. REFUNDS ARE PAID IN U.S. DOLLARS. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE ANY SHIPPING COSTS OR CANADIAN TAXES.

Refunds are given only on products for which proof-of-purchase (receipt or label and purchasing information) is provided and that were purchased directly from us from one of our authorized resellers.
If you purchased a product directly from us or from one of our authorized resellers and are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, we will refund your money.

If you do not have the receipt:
Please send us (1) the name and location of the store where purchased, (2) the Lot Number from the product; this is a four-digit code with a ‘dash’ or a ‘period’ and two more digits, (3) the purchase price, and (4) the product label as proof-of-purchase. If you cannot remove the entire label, please remove the portion of the label with the bar code. .
Please also include your full name, address, and phone number along with a brief note as to why you were dissatisfied with the product. We do track customer comments as a way to improve our products.
