  1. Directions are not clear on bottle how to administer product. Oral or on skin, please reprint directions under or above dosage. I had to go online to find out. Thanks

  2. Hi Robin. Thank you for your product comments and I will pass them on to our Marketing Department.

  3. Same as above, I just bought the Hemp Seed Oil for my little furry friend. Directions on the bottle do not say how to dispense the oil? I was going to give it to my dog orally but your response to a previous customers comment states to put the Hemp Seed Oil on their dogfood. I agree that the directions should be more specific.

  4. Hi Tina. Thank you for your product question. I am sorry for the confusion. It does need to be given orally of course but most customers find it more difficult to spoon it directly into a pet’s mouth and if you do it incorrectly, there is the possibility of aspiration. It is too liquid to put on a treat so the simplest way is to add it to the food.

  5. i recommend making the directions more clear, for example HOW to apply the oil. if i hadn’t looked it up and read the comments, i would’ve put it on my dogs skin. thanks to the comments, i now know to give it to my dogs orally.

  6. Hi Natalia. Thank you for your product comments and we are sorry about the confusion. When I checked the label, it includes “dosages” by weight which would indicate internal use. We value our customers suggestions and I will pass your comments over to the Marketing Department for consideration on additions to label directions.

  7. Hi Lerin. Thank you for your product question. The hemp seed oil ingredient comes into our manufacturing facility with a certificate of analysis but this information is propriety. We also send it out to a third party lab for testing before making it into a product. I can tell you that the levels are minuscule and well below acceptable ranges by the FDA and the National Animal Supplement Council or we would not be allowed to sell it in all 50 states.
