Garmon 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy

 

At The Garmon Corporation, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Garmon product you purchased directly from Garmon Corporation or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Garmon Corporation 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. This Guarantee applies only in the United States and Canada. Garmon Corporation does not reimburse shipping costs or Canadian taxes. All refunds are paid in U.S. dollars.

Before submitting a refund request to Garmon Corp, please follow the refund policy from the original place of purchase.  If that is unsuccessful, please provide the required information specified below.

Mail in instructions with a receipt:

  • Your complete name, address, and phone number.
  • Name and location of the store where purchased.
  • Reason for your return.
  • Include receipt dated within the last 6 months.
  • Include The Lot Number from the product. This is a four or five-digit code with a ‘dash’ or a ‘period’ and two more digits.

Mail in instructions without a receipt:

  • Your complete name, address, and phone number.
  • Name and location of the store where purchased.
  • Reason for your return.
  • The approximate purchase price.
  • The entire product label (as proof-of-purchase) or the portion containing the bar code.
  • Include The Lot Number from the product. This is a four or five-digit code with a ‘dash’ or a ‘period’ and two more digits.

Refunds will not be processed without the above requested information.

Please do not return unused products or empty containers.

Please allow two weeks to process your refund.

Garmon Corporation reserves the right to verify information, validate proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Garmon 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
